When my Mum passed away, Xowie was able to go the extra mile in areas that I was unable to. She assisted the care home staff with caring for Mum’s body and helped with the funeral arrangements.

I’ll always remember her help with the little touches, such as getting Mum’s favourite dress repaired so we could have Mum wear it. She liaised with the funeral directors and we asked her to walk with the hearse on the day of Mum’s funeral.”
